Co/Op Heights

ESSENTIAL Housing

Co/Op Heights is proud to offer an Essential Workforce Housing Program in partnership with the Houston Housing Authority. We proudly recognize the importance of attainable, well-located housing to Houston’s finest essential earners.

The Essential Workforce Housing Program provides attainable rents by reserving units for our moderate to middle-income, critical workforce, such as first responders, teachers, nurses, retailers, restauranteurs, law enforcement, and other workers. The program at Co/Op Heights enables essential workers to live in communities where they work, avoiding a lengthy commute.

We are an Equal Housing Opportunity provider and seek to process all applicants in a fair and consistent manner. Qualification for the program and income limits are outlined below.
